Terms and Conditions

ENTERTAINMENT CONSULTANTS:

 
ACES Entertainments  act as a consultant between venue/client and act/artiste, for which either a booking fee or commission will be payable.
 
All bookings are confirmed verbally and then in writing.
 
For an initial chat about your requirements you can call 07782 166342.
 
ACES accept no responsibility for non fulfilment of the contract by either party but every safeguard is assured.
 
ACES reserve the right to charge a non returnable deposit for any act booked on behalf of a client.
 
All re-bookings must be made through ACES.
 
ACES will ensure that the venue / client receives all availability publicity material to promote the engaged artiste/s.
 
Artistes must keep ACES furnished with all publicity materials available.
 
An enquiry made through the website does not constitute a booking until details have been agreed between ACES and the client.
 
ACES through its Marketing & Publicity department can provide support in marketing your event / venue for which there would be a pre agreed payment.
 
Full details of ACES Terms & Conditions will appear with all confirmations sent out.
 
 

CANCELLATION

 
At any time once a request has been made ACES reserve the right to charge the client for time taken / expenses incurred for work undertaken on clients request.
 
Cancellations cannot be made by leaving a voice mail or sending an e mail. Personal contact with ACES must be made.
 
At anytime once the verbal and / or written confirmation has been made cancellation will result in 15% of the agreed fee being due. If less than 2 months notice is given then 50% of the fee will be due and if under 1 months notice the full 100% will be due.
 
Any expenses incurred by ACES in providing publicity materials etc will be charged to the cancelling party.
 
Any monies due to ACES will incur on going interest of 10% per month after the due date plus any costs of phone calls, extra postage etc.
 

ENTERTAINMENT EVENTS:

 
ACES reserve the right to change the programme of events / artistes / attractions without prior notice as deemed necessary as and when the need may arise or circumstances dictate.
 
Details of additional shows are added to this website at regular periods. Keep checking, you wont want to miss out!
 
Tickets booked for shows on line using the paypal system will be confirmed first by phone or e mail and then by post.
 
No refunds will be given for cancellation of tickets for whatever reason.
 
Tickets can be ordered as follows:-
  • By post from ACES 51 Leighton View, Welshpool, Powys. SY21 7UJ. Cheques payable to D.A. Crowe. Please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
  • Using the online paypal system.
  • Box Office or ticket agents detailed for a particular show or event.
